A) Upload & activate the module - top

* Prior starting installation, please make sure that no open_basedir restriction is applied at your PHP configuration and that shell_exec is enabled. Whereas in 95% of the hosting providers around, got a proper config that includes the above guides, you may need to adjust your PHP configuration settings if your provider offers these settings disabled by default.

- Steps of Installation:


1. Extract your downloaded file contens. You will notice a folder called "documentation" and a new zip file, called "upload.zip". Since "documentation" folder contains this readme file and helpful instructions that are not needed in your Perfex CRM's installation, we will focus on the "upload.zip" file.
   
2. "upload.zip" contains the module files (in a module format) that you upload in Perfex CRM's Modules installation section.
   
3. Go to your Perfex CRM's Admin area and select the following menu item: SETUP > MODULES.
   
4. Select the extracted upload.zip at Module installation selection prompt and press INSTALL.


5. Find the newly installed module and press ACTIVATE.
   
6. You will be told that module is successfully activated.
7. If the version you have downloaded is larger than the current version, please click UPGRADE DATABASE (if available)


That's it! You are now ready to start using the module.

B) How to use Recruitment module - top

1. First you go to create job positions and job descriptions: Recruitment -> Setting -> Job position -> New Job Position
   
2. You create candidate evaluation sets: Recruitment -> Setting -> Evaluation criteria -> New Evaluation Criteria

3. Create candidate evaluation forms: Recruitment -> Setting -> Evaluation form-> New Evaluation Form
   
4. Create On Boarding Process: Recruitment -> Setting -> On Boarding Process-> New
   
5. Create Skills: Recruitment -> Setting -> Skills-> New
   
6. Create recruiting proposals: Recruitment -> Plan -> New Plan
   
   
   The list of recruitment proposal requirements has filter by department, position and status. See details for information on the right.
   
   Support to directly view attachments.
   
7. Create recruitment campaigns: Recruitment -> Campaign -> New Campaign
   
   The list of recruitment campaigns has filter by department, position and status. See details for information on the right.
   
8. Create recruitment form: Recruitment -> Recruitment Channel -> New
   
   The job creation form generator embedded on the website for candidates to submit online

9. Create candidate profiles: Recruitment -> Candidate profile -> New Candidate
   
   The list of candidate profiles.
   
   Candidate displays as Kanban.
   
   Detailed candidate profile. You can take care of candidates: exchanging calls, emailing, checking by phone, interviewing by phone. These activities are logged in detail
   
   Candidate history.
   
   Candidate capacity.
   
10. Create interview schedule: Recruitment -> Interview schedule -> New Interview schedule

    Schedule displays according to Calendar
    
11. Evaluation of candidates: go to the candidate profile and click on Rating
    
12. View recruitment statistics: Recruitment -> Dashboard
    
13. Recruitment Portal: Recruitment -> Recruitment Portal
